FEATURED NEWS

ALASKA OR BUST!

Gary will be making a personal appearance at Evangelo's Restaurant in Wasilla, Alaska, on Friday evening, August 6, from 5 to 8 pm.

Evangelo's is located at Mile 40 on the Parks Highway in the heart of beautiful Wasilla, Alaska. Yes, that's right: The now famous hometown of Presidential hopeful, Sarah Palin. Everyone in Wasilla knows Evangelo's. We will be set up in their banquet room, which seats approximately 100 people--and we are excepting a full house.

There is no charge for admission. Appetizers will be provided and a cash bar will be close by. Bring your friends and business cards. The event opens at 5, and Gary will begin his presentation at 7, entitled: Freedom in a Land without Liberty

Please mark your calendar for this special presentation. The event is being sponsored and coordinated by local businessman and patriot, Alvin Criswell. RSVP is suggested, but not required, by emailing Mr. Criswell at libertyalaska@yahoo.com.

The talk is scheduled for an hour, after which Mr. Fielder will take your questions for as long as it takes.

Cheers, and hope to see you there!

We Welcome You

Message from Gary Fielder:

The United States of America was created upon the premise that a free society should not, and ultimately can not, be ruled by an individual king or queen. After we won the Revolutionary War, Ben Franklin, John Adams and John Jay negotiated the Treaty of Peace in Paris, France, wherein the sovereignty of King George III devolved to the established states.

However, as John Jay later explained as Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, the sovereignty of the king was not bestowed upon the governments of those states, but to its People.

Accordingly, the People held, and still hold, the sovereignty. The sovereignty held by the People is the absolute power source, as if held by a monarch.

That means: The People are sovereign. Each individual person on the land at that time, paupers, vagabonds and fugitives excepted, became a sovereign--not a king or queen, but a sovereign with all the privileges and immunities of a sovereign according to the Law of Nations.  This “sovereignty” was passed on to the original People’s posterity, through the Constitution of the United States of America.

Do you feel like a sovereign?  Probably not. No, you probably feel like the slave the government that your ancestors created turned you into.

See you at the presentation.
